Version 1.7 submitted for approval

Thanks everyone for the bug finds, and the new feature requests. Here’s the final list of what’s included:
New features:
– Added a Weight Lose versus Water Consumed chart (user requested)
– Added ability to save a Quick Entry to your food list (user requested)
– Added calculator for users who track by values or values plus (user requested)
– Added to diet settings the ability to not count Activity boost towards daily budget (user requested)
– Separated out general user settings from diet user settings
Bug fixes:
– the app doesn’t take into consideration the number of servings when you enter in a Quick Entry to calculate the cost.
– when creating a new entry, if you select a food, and then try to do a Quick Entry, the Quick Entry is ignored
– if you do not set your day of week and are using a non English locale, the app would crash when trying to use the first three icons
– if you do not change your name from ‘default’ entries would not appear
– minor UI fixes
