Weight Loss Plateaus

Since I’m currently losing and gaining the same 2lbs every week, I’d though I’d research how to break a weight loss plateau.

We all experience it (unless you really lucky), in which we just can’t get go any lower, even though we haven’t reached our goal yet.

So what to do? Well lucky for us there is the internet, chick full of good advice.

The key point I’d like to make is don’t give up, and don’t get frustrated, you will eventually get off the plateau!
